Biography Biography MULUAYI Chancelier Yada is a Congolese painter working in Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo, where he lives. In 2015, he obtained a diploma in Interior Architecture (Academy of Fine Arts) and obtained a diploma in Metal Construction at the Professional Institute of Gombe (Fr?re des Ecoles Chr?tiennes, Kinshasa-Gombe/DR Congo). Plastic art is one of the areas of passion where he tends to direct his energy.
