SHIPS FROM Krakow, Poland The paintings in the map series are an exploration into the various transport/metro routes of modern cities around the world, and the patterns which can emerge from their fragmentation and abstraction. I studied Drawing and Painting at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, Dundee before spending the following few years in an independent artists’ studio. After a period of travelling I moved to Krak?w, Poland, where I’m going to have my fourth solo show in November.
