SHIPS FROM Locks Heath Hants I did this shortly after the confinement and the restrictions being lifted. Months of seeing no one made us realize how much we need one another as a society. It seems that it is a difficult thing to be an hermit. So these 2 birds represent the warmth ?and comfort that 2 creatures can give to one another, no matter what species we belong to. I have been painting the last past 12 years, using exclusively oil and pastels. I do love the sea above and under, so i am always drawn back to it. However i love all sorts of topics and I like the challenge of new things. I love vibrant colours, which characterise my work. I have been accepted to exhibit with Hampshire Cultural Trust on 2 occasions: 2022 ( Allen gallery in Alton) , 2023( gosport Museum) .
