SHIPS FROM Berlin, Germany The painting shows a beautiful Black man with locs biting into a ripe peach. Right of him you see a hummingbird flying. The intensity of the man’s gaze infuses the image with a sense of mystery. The canvas is embellished with artistic flowers that soften the edges and add a romantic atmosphere to the image. I’m an Afro-German self-taught artist based in Berlin. I focus mainly on portraits of Black people of all shades, genders, ages etc. I am a lover of intense eyes and facial expressions which I try to capture in my paintings.
