Isolation, miscommunication, the delicate balance between fragility and strength, and tenacity in the face of adversity, are most attractive. There is a need for me to express this in ways that invite shared experience. Influenced by both the Baroque (Bernini) and Modernism (Caro), I seek to illustrate that it is our whole selves that make us fascinating.
