SHIPS FROM Dalbeattie The flamingo, captured mid-drink at the side of a lake, reflects not only the bird?s elegance but also the mesmerizing colours created by sunlight and shadows on the water?s surface. This piece is a celebration of the delicate balance between nature?s creatures and the ever-changing beauty of their environment. ARTIST BIO Susan, an award-winning artist/illustrator based in southwest Scotland, has pursued her creative practice for six years. Originally from Lincolnshire, she studied at Carlisle Art College in the 80s, earning Higher National Diplomas in Applied Design and Design & Textiles.
