Living Artists Contemporary Art Auction
Lot 201:
I wanted to show the beauty of Korea through the coexistence of Korean tradition and contemporary Korean art using sculptural beams Since childhood, I have been able to paint under the influence of my mother, who is very dexterous with her hands.I always liked to look at picture books and follow them, and I even enjoyed drawing using new materials such as my mother’s cosmetics and crayons. So, I started art in middle school and went to art high school. It was during my two-month European training that I opened my eyes to the artist’s path. This is because the images of artists who freely paint without being trapped in a frame in a beautiful landscape looked so cool. That’s how I got my dream of becoming a painter and went to art college.I went to art college and did two weeks of training while doing exhibitions in Japan. With that experience building up and building up, I was able to grow into a better painter and I am currently active in India, Japan, China, the United States, and Europe. It has won awards at the Korean International Art Competition and the Japanese International Art Competition, and is also challenging many art competitions around the world.
