This watercolour painting depicts the picturesque Chalcot Crescent neighbourhood in London, known for its charming streets and Regency-style architecture. Interestingly, this area has served as one of the filming locations for the beloved ‘Paddington’ films, adding a touch of whimsy and magic to its atmosphere. An artist from Ukraine, currently living in the UK.
She began her artistic career in 2010 by studying various painting techniques.
A new round of creativity came with the beginning of the war in Ukraine and forced emigration to England in 2022.
Here art became for her an opportunity to reach a new level of dialogue with the audience, to talk in the language of art about the fragility of this world and the need to preserve everything beautiful that has been given to us by nature and God. Lincoln UK
