SURREY. ENGLAND. 60 x 60 I have painted the female form in a semi-abstract fluid continuity. It was my intention for it to be sensuous rather than sensual – and enticing not stimulating. An artwork intended to create relaxation, but I guess, that depends upon the viewer?s perception. Mellow but vibrant colours added for warmth and intimacy.I started painting again during lockdown, after many years of abstinence.
