SHIPS FROM The work will be shipped from Skipton, N.Yorkshire, UK. Ripe and colourful fruit and vegetables from the market in Halifax, West Yorkshire. The Autumn sunshine streaming through the window emphasises the rich colours and forms. Good enough to eat! Nicola originally trained in Fine Art at Leeds Polytechnic back in the late 1980s. Since then she has worked as a rag-roller, a statue restorer and a propmaker in the museum industry. She continued to paint and sell artworks privately while teaching Creative Writing for the Open University where, in 2019, she was awarded a Doctorate in Philosophy. She is now a freelance painter, living in the Yorkshire Dales.
