Boats floating on the tranquil waters of a Cornish harbour, with seagull. The scene is simplified and made more graphic. ARTIST BIO Aggie Forster is a Bristol based artist who is returning to her passion after many years teaching. She has enjoyed recent success in group shows with her satirical textile sculptures and digital works. Aggie had considerable local success as a painter in the early 1980s (before life got in the way) and the acquisition of a studio of her own means that she intends to again focus on works on canvas. A semi-abstract painter, she works mainly from everyday scenes, captured by photograph and abstracted.
